Pick up from the airport or your Nairobi Hotel, together with your guide catch a shuttle and travel to Naro Moru town arriving in time for Lunch. With a guide check the climbing gears and proceed for a Nature walk to acclimatize and prepare for Mount Kenya Adventure on day 2. Dinner and overnight at Mountain Lodge or Banker House.
After breakfast with your Guide, Porter and cook be transferred to Naro Moru gate for Registration and starting the Mount Kenya Adventure hiking at 2600m. Hike and cross the Northern and Southern Naro Moru valleys walking through the forest. Have a good view of the northern Naromoru valley ending the hike at Met Station for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast head uphill on a track path in the forest that ends after a few hours and you will enter the Moorland. These are considered the vertical bog conditions that range from damp to glutinous depending on when the area last got the rains. The going will improve as you go up Teleki valley to Mackinders camp for dinner and overnight.
Early morning at 0200am to 0300am start the Mount Kenya Adventure hiking so that you can make it to the summit before sunrise this will take at least 3hrs to 4 hours depending on the hiking speed. Enjoy the sunrise and take great photos before descending to Mackinders camp for breakfast taking at least 2 hrs and later descend to met station taking 4 hours more arrive in time for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast Mount Kenya Adventure covers the 9 km of the rain forest down to Naro Moru gate, check out, and connect a Transfer back to Nairobi. Drop off at your hotel or direct to the airport a catch a flight back home.
